Starting with our two evaluations, your coach will meet with you to guide you through our two-step process.
Step 1: Your coach will analyze of your specific needs through a thorough nutrition / lifestyle and body composition analysis giving you realistic tools you can walk away with and apply right away. This will allow your coach to fully personalize your nutrition / lifestyle action plan and to accurately track your progress.
Step 2: Your coach will then conduct your strength and flexibility evaluation to uncover your physical abilities and limitations. This will allow your coach to design the best possible and safest personalized training program for you to achieve your goals efficiently. Your evaluation and training program will be reviewed by François Preece (founder/head coach) before you can start your personal training sessions. You literally have two coaches working for you to optimize your results!

Armed with your personalized workout and nutrition / lifestyle plan, we will get you in the best shape of your life, to burn fat and regain your muscle tone.
